Meagan is the co-founding Executive Director of the Henry County Women's Recovery Center. She is the proud wife of Matt Kraus and 3 beautiful children. Meagan is a certified Addiction and Recovery Mental Health Coach, and a certified RTF (Restoring the Foundations) Minister. Over the years, she has served in different ministries including Bible Study Fellowship and the Pregnancy Care Center. She is also the author of "Victoria's Adventure," a children's book about the trials and success of finding our true identity and purpose (link for book). Meagan's leadership at HCWRC will provide community relationships, growth and direction for the center. Her heart's desire for the Recovery Center is to see the power and love of Jesus Christ radically set women free from addiction, and their mind, body and soul restored. Shelly Hanson is passionate about seeing the captives set free, and this started when Jesus radically set her free from addiction in 2003.  Since then, she has diligently pursued the phenomenon of mind renewal, receiving training in Transformation Prayer Ministry, Sozo, and Restoring the Foundations, using these tools to serve as an Emotional Healing Minister at New Covenant Worship Center for 15 years.  She recently earned a Coaching certification in Brain Rewiring and is excited to use all this training to inform her role as Spiritual Coordinator of the Henry County Women’s Recovery Center.  

Her most recent professional role of ministry was as the Next Generation Pastor of New Covenant Worship Center, where she served for five years.  She is also a motivating teacher and preacher of the Word of God; she has spoken at several women’s events and periodically on a Sunday morning at her home church.  She is a Chaplain at the Henry County Jail, and is looking forward to what the Lord has in store for the inmates this year! 

She has been married to her husband Chris for 20 years and together they have 6 children: two are still left in the nest and the other four have grown and flown, giving them 4 grandchildren as well. Read more about Shelly's testimony here.

Tiffanny Leigh Youngquist is a co-founder and the Associate Director of the Henry County Women's Recovery Center. She has been married to David Youngquist (a Marine) for 21 years, and together they have 8 children ranging in ages from 9 to 25 years old. Tiffanny has always had a heart to volunteer and work in the non-profit sector. Over the years she has helped bring systems, programs, and processes to many non-profits including MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers), 2/2 Family Member Program and Victory Lane, to name a few. She consistently volunteers with her Church family and has served on multiple boards over the years. Her passion is to use her talents and skills to make big dreams that women like Meagan Kraus and Shelly Thixton Hanson have, become a sustainable reality. Read more about Tiffanny's testimony here.

Matt Kraus, husband to Meagan, currently serves as both a Board Member and Treasurer for HCWRC. He is the owner and operator of Eastern Indiana Pallet Liquidation. Matt will be utilizing his business background to support the Women's Recovery Center. 

Duke is a business coach and the owner of multiple businesses in Henry County, including Focal Point Business Leadership Coaching.
A New Castle native, Duke is committed to seeing businesses and non-profits grow and flourish. His focus will be on fundraising and awareness for the organization.

Brian is a dedicated Christian, husband, father and business minded
entrepreneur in Henry County. Brian gives generously of his time, talent and treasure, all to see Henry County grow in faith and influence. Brian will be focused on the sustainability of the organization.
